The COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic Churches across South Wales had to quickly adapt so that they could serve the communities in which they were placed. The Austin Bailey Foundation was passionate about quickly responding in the middle of the emergency to support as many churches as possible to reopen in safe ways and to adapt services to meet the needs of those in the pandemic. We were proud to support 14 churches who shared £6517.09.

These are:

  • St Davids, Ystalyfera

  • St Peters, Newton

  • St Catherine's, Gorseinon

  • Churches of South West Gower

  • Parish of Cockett

  • Parish of Llangyfelach with Clase

  • Ithon Valley

  • St Rhidians and St Illtyds

  • St Cynogs Church

  • St Davids Church, Wernffrwyd
